BPM 2007 Registration Fees Schedule

* Please note that all prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you want to know how much it would be in your currency, please consult a currency converter (e.g. http://www.xe.com/).

Notes:

1. Discounted prices are available to:
   • Students (proof of student status may be requested)
   • Members of endorsing associations: Australian Computer Society, OMG, WfMC and ABPMP (proof of membership may be requested)
   • Organisers of workshops and co-located events
2. Authors presenting multiple accepted papers are not required to pay multiple registration fees.
3. Delegates registered to the main conference are entitled to attend the sessions of the Practitioners Day.
4. The co-located events include the Workshop on Web Services and Formal Methods, the Workshop on Business Process in Government and the Workshop on Business Process Governance.
5. A fee of $50 will apply to cancellations. This fee will be retained from the amount to be reimbursed. Cancellation requests should include your name and your institution/company name and whether you want to cancel your registration fully or partly (e.g. you registered for the workshops and the conference but you only want to cancel the workshop component). Please send cancellation requests to bpm07registration@qut.edu.au by 14 September 2007 at the latest. Cancellations are not possible after this date.

Conference registration fees include:

• Admission to conference on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
• Copy of the conference proceedings
• Coffee breaks and lunch during the conference
• Welcome reception on Monday evening
• Conference dinner on Wednesday

Practitioners day registration fees include:

• Admission to the conference on Wednesday only
• Coffee breaks and lunch on Wednesday
• Conference dinner on Wednesday

Workshop registration fees include:

• Admission to any workshop on Monday
• Copy of workshop proceedings
• Coffee breaks and lunch on Monday
• Welcome reception on Monday

Co-located events registration fees include:

• Attendance to any co-located event
• Copy of proceedings of chosen event
• Lunch and coffee breaks during the event
• Dinner cruise on Thursday
