We have organised social events during the entire week in order to facilitate further network opportunities and to reflect on the conversations during the day in a relaxed environment.
The offical welcome reception will take place on Monday, 24 September from 5.00-7.00pm in the Botanical Gardens, just 10 minutes walk from the main conference location. An Australian BBQ, ice-cold drinks and some original Australian music will provide an authentic atmosphere.
On Tuesday, 25 September, we organised an optional visit to the local XXXX brewery. Please note that this tour can cater for up to 100 participants. A bus will take you to the brewery (15 mins trip). It will be great opportunity to end the evening with a dinner in one of the charming restaurants in Milton (walking distance to the brewery).
The highlight will be the conference dinner on Wednesday, 26 September at the Vino's restaurant. We give you the option to arrive at the restaurant by boat. Stunning views and an award-winning cuisine will provide the setup for the best paper awards and the announcement of the location for BPM 2008.
All participants at the co-located events are invited to join the workshop dinner on Thursday, 27 September.
